Sarbie is where two worlds meet, where the ocean meets the earth. Sarah had been working in the luxury yachting industry for the past ten years and noticed something crucial to be missing; a cleaning spray that was safe to spray in an enclosed area. After extensive research and countless trials and errors, Sarbie was born; a spray that doesn't only smell incredible and fresh but also works on all surfaces for the interior of yachts and homes as well being kind to our health. 

Sarah discovered the harmful effects on our respiratory and endocrine systems from regular cleaners once her fingers began tingling after using certain products, she also noticed that the interior crew were prone to heightened mood swings and peak stress experiences, she felt that it wasn't only intense moments of the job that created this but what they were exposing themselves to 6 hours a day everyday . Sarah began making her own cleaning products with a bird’s-eye view to ensure they were safe for delicate surfaces, the earth, and our bodies.

On top of this, Sarah also knew that most guests related clean spaces to a fresh smell. This is when Nature became her ally.

Sarbie contains minimal ingredients with the help of 100% pure-grade essential oils that not only make a space smell clean, but also support the nervous system through aromatherapy. The oils are also diluted carefully to avoid stains or surface dullness over time.

Where does the name Sarbie come from? Sarah’s father was a conservationist in Africa who drove past the Sabie River many times on his way into Kruger National Park. Her parents blended Sarah + Sabie, and her childhood nickname was born. The name Sarbie honors her parents and reminds us of the importance of keeping our waters clean: the waters in our bodies, the ones we clean with, and the ones offered to us by Mother Earth.
