Can I return my spray if I don’t like it?
Sarbie does not take returns at this time.
What do I purchase to begin ?
We recommend you start with a multi-surface spray and a glass and mirror spray. That way you have all your areas covered. You can either choose both to be the same scent (if you feel called to a specific one) or you could mix and match the scents to try them both out and see which is your favorite.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Not as of yet but we are in the process of working on this.
Is Sarbie vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Sarbie products are vegan, cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer refills?
Yes, all Sarbie products are available in refill pouches and reusable glass bottles. Our eco-refill system helps you save money and the Earth at the same time.
Can I use Sarbie on yacht interiors or delicate surfaces?
Yes. Sarbie was created by a Chief Stewardess in the yachting industry to be gentle on fine materials and safe for marine interiors, while keeping your space smelling like a 5 star luxury resort.
How should I store my Sarbie products?
Keep your bottles in a cool, shaded place away from direct sunlight. Since we use natural ingredients and essential oils, the aroma lasts longer when stored properly. We did help with this by adding the amber glass for your bottle, protecting the ingredients from too much exposure.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, all our bottles are recyclable amber glass, and refills come in eco-friendly pouches. Sustainability is at the heart of Sarbie.
